I bought a '13 Fusion Hybrid from this establishment. You'll get your registration and tag in the mail after you buy something, or at least that is what I was told. A month after purchasing the car I received a letter from the DMV claiming I owed property tax on it. Which was something no one disclosed or mentioned throughout the entire process. I asked multiple times about the out the door pricing and they never disclosed those taxes later on. Not too happy about unexpected bills.
I bought a '13 Fusion Hybrid from this establishment, and it was in very good condition. I had previously spoken to Tom on the phone to arrange payment, and once I arrived to pick the car up, it was a short and easy process. One great thing about this place is they take care of the DMV work for you. You'll get your registration and tag in the mail after you buy something. Overall it was a good experience.
Tom helped us find a used car just what we wanted. Very fair price (no haggle no need already better price than others). Very clean with clean title. Trustworthy owners. Cars here are checked over by mechanics so we know we got something reliable.
I was in the market for an older model Toyota Prius. I emailed many car dealerships in the RDU/Triad area, and Tom was the most responsive and helpful salesman. He wasn't pushy, he answered my questions, and he didn't play games with expensive, foolish, "add on" fees. My car looks sharp, drives great, and I got a good value after doing much research. If you are in the market for a car for cash, give Tom a call at Prestige Auto Brokers in Raleigh. I saw some nice looking Hondas and Toyotas on their lot.
We had a great experience at this family-owned business. Bought a Honda in very good condition and really appreciated the service we were offered. Will consider working with them in the future and would recommend them to a friend!
