I broke my mirror being klutzy and went to the dealer who wanted close to$900 to fix it. At Prestige, they gave me a quote about $520, so I thought that was a great deal. A week later they had the part and it was fixed in minutes. To my big surprise, I was told it would be even less because they found a less expensive part. In the end, I only paid $420 but they could easily have charged me the full amount quoted in the first place because I would never known.
