Dave Ficca was wonderful to work with me.
Initially they charged me $250 for diagnostics then stated repairs for a new fuel pump would be over $10k. Also told me they couldn’t give me an estimate on how long the car would take, nor would they have any loaner cars available. When I had my car towed to another shop, it wasn’t the fuel pump at all! So what did I pay for if diagnostics was incorrect? Thank GOD I ended up going to Auto Care Plus, Mike specializes in Audis and saved me over $8K. This place is rife with fraud!
Gas tank had to be flushed due to 50% water in fuel when filled up at Evergreen King Soopers gas station. I was told the process was labor intensive but I didn’t expect $1800 bill. All was very professional but I was without a vehicle for ~48 hours because no loaner cars were available.
