This place was better when it was Prestige. If you call you can reach anyone to get information. If you are considering putting someone in this facility- the person will need a cell phone. They have phone jacks in the room- they don’t work. For a year they say they will fix it. Nope. The staff are nice to reach a family member I have to reach out to the caretakers. No call backs from the directors, etc. think twice before selecting this place.

This is the worse place. My parents came in healthy and two years later they died. This place killed my parents. The people in memory care are mean and treat the residents so badly. Stay away
I love my parents dearly and only want the best for them. However, the time has come where I can no longer care for them in my own home. I researched and viewed MANY nursing homes and assisted living centers before choosing Prestige Assisted Living at Henderson. Appropriately sized and clean apartments, quality and diverse meal menus, entertaining activities that many residents really do enjoy, friendly and attentive staff, and a level of care that exceeds my very own expectations.
