My mother Barbara stayed at prestige for the last 13 months of her life, during this time the staff did an amazing job of showing her care, assisting her when needed. and making her feel wanted ,valued and at ease about living on her own. She had nothing but positive things to say when i talked to her, and we were always impressed with how friendly and caring the staff was to her. She called everyone at prestige her second family : ) Our family will always be thankful to the staff, and residents at prestige.

You probably should fire who ever answer the phone during Sunday nights. Time is 9:30 pm. Called about one of your clients accosting people in public and the lady who answer the phone blamed it on homeless people. It is clear you guys do not care about your clients.
