I used **** several times. He came promptly and fixed things. Then he looked at my microwave but never called to give me price on a new one. Fixed my trash compactor for a huge fee. Now it broke again and he does not return any calls. Im not chasing him. Do not use. Very disappointed

Great company, I would highly recommended them to anybody. I had an issue with my washing machine and it was fixed promptly and professionally. Still going strong 9 months in. I had an issue with my freezer and again, I had the same professional experience with this company. They came to my home on time, addressed and fixed the issue. It's been running perfectly since the fix. Wonderful job as always! Will definitely call again for any future repairs!
This company came to my home to repair my gas dryer. It was overheating and smelled like it was burning while drying clothes. He arrived promptly at my home at the designated time. He explained the reason for over heating. Replaced the motor, cleaned the unit. Overall I’m pleased with the company’s professionalism and would recommend their service
This company came out to check on our stove and washing machine. He said that we needed some parts to fix our appliances and it would take 3 to 4 days to get the parts. He would give us a call when he received the parts. I called twice and he didn't return our calls. I called our warranty company and he told them that there was nothing wrong with our appliances. Stay away from this company, the guy came in a month ago to repair our fridge, he said we need a part and will take four days, A month passed and nothing happened, my wife called him a few times and she got the runaround, I believe we got the message real good did not read the reviews before we hired him, all the bad reviews about him it is true, he spins people that's all My advice to all consumers not to use this company, you will be wasting of your time, I had to write this review so no one to suffer from this company, we... read more

My Refrigerator warranty company sent this guy out to repair my refrigerator. He showed up in an unmarked van which is always a warning flag. He opens the door of the fridge and in 5 seconds he says that the defrost heater needs to be replaced. He never even turned one screw to access the heater and test it but I figured, ok maybe he has seen this before so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. They came to inspect my appliances Oct 3. As of today he has not turned in a complete report on the problem to ******** **** ******. ******** **** ****** has arranged to have a new inspector come out November 14th. I have been 6 weeks without a washer, oven heating element not working, dishwasher not draining correctly, refrigerator needing seals replaced and dryer needing a new gasket on door. You don't need to resolve anything, just want to give everyone a heads up that they are not reliable.
