Had them out to check an alarm for me the response : "Suggested finding the company who installed it" and then a bill for $242.00 for doing nothing

Not happy with this service at all. I bought a house just over a year ago, with no handover from previous owner. It had a security system installed by prestige alarms. There were stickers on the windows and the alarm box. So my first thought is to contact the installer to have the system reset, checked. I was informed all cameras were fakes.
