The service tech is prompt, professional and meticulous. We are very happy with the whole process, which is very entailed, from covering up everything prior to commencing and vacuuming up afterwards. We called to have our air vents cleaned due to us sneezing, eye irritation, thinking it was dust. The worker came right on time and showed me exactly what was going on-bacteria growing in the ducts. He was very thorough and recommended a UV light to prevent the bacteria from coming back after he cleaned it out with a environmental/pet friendly fogger. Upfront about costs. No trying to upsell. Recommend highly!
