Aspen Ridge’s leasing office is off-property, located at Greenwich Green. I have a hunch it’s because of this: I had a positive response for Aspen Ridge not too long ago. That was until it became clear that my window was a front row view to an undisclosed mental health facility. Jeremy helped me secure a lease for a unit and was extremely professional and polite in doing so. He kept me informed throughout every step of the process which was greatly appreciated.
We have a bad experience here about water heater that was not repaired for already 4 days and my wife was told by the front desk lady that this is not an emergency. The repair guy reported that it was repaired but actually not. We don't know what is happening and my family is not happy with this.
