Rude person in a way he was rushing me off the phone and acted as if he couldn’t help me
I do not recommend that you use Mr. Prestia as your lawyer. We did once and I wish we never did. I felt that he strung us along and was "nickle and dimeing" us from the beginning. We had to pay a retainer up front which I think is normal but then he would call us and talk about the case with nothing really being said for an hour or more - then he would charge us for all that wasted phone conversation time!
