Total rip off. From "private lakes" to no overnight parking, no street parking, no trailer parking, including cul de sacs, so on and so on. NONE of this is enforced. There are people from all over fishing, swimming and partaking of the supposed private areas. It is not monitored in any way. You pay an over inflated monthly fee for NOTHING. And snow plowing, haha.
