This Outfit has cost me hundreds of pounds to rectify the faulty work thay have done. They do not know what they are doing, after an on site survey I had to get the Manufacturer to highlight what they had missed... at additional expense. Their Incorrect settings have cost me hundreds of extra pounds, and could of caused a fire in my house,they try and hide behind their small print to avoid any liability. They take weeks to respond to any rectification call out. AVOID THIS SORRY OUTFIT!

I would highly recommend Prestantia. The whole team have been a pleasure to deal with. I have an old solar thermal system that can supply all of my hot water needs during the summer. I've had a frustrating and costly succession of untrustworthy service companies out in recent years that have left me with a hole in my pocket and, as it transpires, a poorly maintained system which recently stopped working altogether. VERY POOR SERVICE Enquired for a quotation nearly 2 months had site visit arranged after nearly a month from enquiry then told a month later after visit they couldn’t provide a quote 😂 What a joke of a company, avoid if you want to save time, and go elsewhere from the start.
