very rude, did not fix the light switch like I asked told me they don't put lights next to beds anymore, that it was a 1970's thing and they don't do that. He told me I didn't need lights next to my bed that I have enough lighting in my room. Husband had to tell him not to speak to me the way he did. VERY RUDE
