I called this company because I needed a part (hose) for my pressure washer. The hose on my washer is split and needs replaced. The guy who answered the phone was very difficult and wouldn't go to ANY lengths to identify my hose other than to tell me to haul my pressure washer to their store in Virginia Beach. He was NOT proactive in helping me identify my hose by LOCATION on the pump so I could then obtain the price and possibly order it. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. Store has everything you need to clean and stain your deck. I drive from Yorktown to purchase my supplies and they always ready to answer any questions in person or over the phone. The service was superb, could not have been any better. I used the Southern Tradition stain (Walnut) and with their advise, my deck turned out outstanding. Nice to find a business that is helpful.
Guys in shop are great! Very knowledgable and helpful. Had problem with pressure system staff brought me out back and immediately fix the problem. No need to go anywhere else thy have it all and do it all. Thanks guys.
