The lady that runs this business and her employees are a strange crew to say the least.. no matter what questions you ask the lady gives you this confused look and acts like your an idiot and have no idea what your doing..and they let this giant German shepherd roam the shop., very unprofessional.. Placed an order 10 days ago. Called after 7 days and was informed they were aware they were behind on shipments but assured me it hadn't been missed (didn't even ask for a order # to verify and check on it). Called back today (day 10) and spoke with Pax who stated the item was ready to be shipped but was missing bulk heads but we could purchase those on amazon and they would deduct that amount.
