I had an excellent experience. I brought in my pressure washer, a gentleman asked me what kind of problem I was having, I told him I had been using it for an hour or so, shut it down and it wouldn't restart. He said they had about a hundred pressure washers to fix and were going to be closed the following week for spring break (they had a sign stating this on the door).
