Great people. The owner was not sitting behind a desk. Rather, he was out on the floor keeping an eye on things and insuring that the operation ran smoothly. When assistance was required he made sure to take charge, properly situate people, and make sure that carriers were not in one another's way. Paperwork was provided quickly so that no time was wasted by either the shipper or the carrier. Cudos to this operation.
