I recently visited Pressure Point Sales and Service and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The owners Monica and James are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their products and industry. The store has a fantastic selection of everything you could need, and if they don't happen to have something in stock, I'm confident they can get it for you. Great service and educational. However, we bought a pressure washer from them and it did not work. We didn't have the chance to use it within the 7 day window. When we did it was leaking gas. We took it in an needed a repair for a gasket and we were been charged to replace it. We ended up not getting the pressure washer back and cutting our loss. We do not recommend buying a use pressure washer.
