I had a fantastic first time experience with this Dry Cleaners. They were able to remove a 23+ year old stain from an Off White Burberry Trench Coat, that had spread all over the inside sleeves of the coat and sporadically around the front. The jacket is a hand me down from my mother & she hasn’t had a need for it since we moved down to sunny soflo, hence why the stain had set in for so long. The staff is always, always so pleasant and makes you feel appreciated that you are their customer. Not only are you addressed by name but the quality of their end products is superior. There is a drive thru and often the staff recognizes me as I drive in and they already have my dry cleaning ready as I walk in. I moved across town but still make the now longer drive just because of the treatment and great service I receive.
I have tried multiple cleaners before stumbling on this gem. The staff is outstanding and every cleaning and alteration has been superb. The price is super reasonable and quality of work is fantastic. Again, the staff interacting with customers is great.
My Hero! I was beside myself after picking up my dress from another dry cleaner only to receive it in the same condition I dropped it off and be told it’s the best they can do. After many glowing recommendations from neighbors in LP they all said this was the place that will take care of it. The owner came out, spoke with me and immediately took the dress to touch up one of the spots showing me it can be done. Coming from out of town on a work trip, I was anxious for a quick clean and press of my suit for a wedding. Not only was Steve extremely responsive (within 24 hours of reaching out we had arrangements setup), pickup and delivery was free of charge, and Steve returned my garments within 24 hours of pickup ready to go for the wedding. Being nervous coming from out of town, Steve was a good reminder there are still great people who do great work and truly care about the customer.
