Inquired about initiating marketing materials for my business. I had to reach out 2-3 times before receiving a response. When they did finally respond they stated that they would have someone else contact me and at this point it has been 3+ months and I'm still waiting.
I strongly recommend avoiding doing business with PressTime. Their staff is wholly unresponsive despite numerous emails, phone calls and voicemails left. They will sit on your project for months with no update and show no remorse or self awareness at how their non-responses can delay or upset you, the customer. Take your business to literally any other print / mail house in the region.
