Poor communication from general contractor. We did majority of communication with subcontractors including electrician, AC, painter, cabinets. Never had a final walk through with general contractor as agreed upon before receiving final check. Do not agree to a spreadsheet with this contractor!!! Its an absolute waste of time. We were appreciative of a few workers because they are great guys but unfortunately they work for a contractor who we will never use again. Labor charge is way too expensive.
