Same issues as others unable to pick up dry cleaning when promised. Closed during business hours, closed for multiple days and weeks without notice. Totally forgot about 2 piece after trying to pick up several times over 2 weeks. They lost the items. One was a pretty expensive dress. I am heartbroken!

They are never open when they say they are supposed to be. Not even on a full day Saturday. This has happened too many times. Not open on time in the mornings and closes early and then not at all on a Saturday. You lost 2 customers today cuz we wanted to pick up. Done.

Very very upset. On more than one occasion I’ve showed up to pick up table linen for my event of the day… DURING BUSINESS HOURS…. And the store is CLOSED. I was told the items would be ready on Friday they weren’t. Here it is Saturday at noon, and no one is here for me to pick up my stuff! The sign says they should be OPEN 9-3 pm, yet closed at noon! I can clearly see my stuff is now ready, through the window. But can’t get it. 😭😭😭

My local dry cleaner. They are professional, quick, and have decent pricing. I am a happy repeat customer.
