The other reviews are correct. They are closed during open hours. I’ve been sitting in my car for the last 30 minutes waiting for someone to open and it’s 1:30pm, so now I’m just going to go somewhere.
Very friendly and great experience.
Needed a small patch sewn on a vest, dropped it off on a Tuesday, was told it would be available on Friday. Friday comes it’s not available, “should be ready Saturday morning”… Saturday morning comes and it looks like a kindergartner tried sewing for their first time. Very distasteful, nothing about this company has been professional. I will never be bringing my possessions to this company again
Same issues as others unable to pick up dry cleaning when promised. Closed during business hours, closed for multiple days and weeks without notice. Totally forgot about 2 piece after trying to pick up several times over 2 weeks. They lost the items. One was a pretty expensive dress. I am heartbroken!
They are never open when they say they are supposed to be. Not even on a full day Saturday. This has happened too many times. Not open on time in the mornings and closes early and then not at all on a Saturday. You lost 2 customers today cuz we wanted to pick up. Done.
