DO NOT USE THEM! All of the issues and problems are not worth the savings of using this place. It took over 3 weeks for my order to ship.
I wish I had read these reviews before using this company. I ordered some brochures to be printed and they messed up when cutting them but still shipped them to me. When I received the order I called them and let them know that it did not come out properly. They told me that the machine they use sometimes makes it come out messed up. I asked them if they could reprint them since it was clearly not what we thought we were paying for. I have been using Pressex Print for over a year now and I am consistently very pleased with the service and quality of the product-I order postcards for direct mail. The staff are very friendly and accomodating.
Do not use. I submitted a two-page/two-sided PDF to print and they only printed one-page/one-side. They admitted it was their fault but would only issue a credit to my account and not a refund. Why would I want to print with them in the future if they screwed up this order? They won't let you talk to anyone but the person that answers the phone and do not return phone calls. DO NOT USE THEM!
This company used to do good work. However, apparently after they filed Chapter 11 in 2009 this has changed. I think they must have gotten rid of their quality staffing and instead are using staff that doesn't know what they are doing. This was what I have experienced. Not only was my print job bad, it was so bad that there is no way that I can pass this along to my customer. Their excuses don't fly.
