I wasn't impressed with the service when I called about a replacement part. Follow-up never happened and I was forced to initiate all calls. Futhermore, I was left to do my own research and after calling around to some of the Denver Bernina Shops, did find my authentic part. I contacted both business, the Presser Foot and the other sewing shop the same day. Only the Presser Foot required the follow-up phone call.
