I had my first PR experience at the Plano location. Truly, my expectations were not high. I was pleasantly surprised! Anna did a great job! She was friendly, efficient, and provided excellent product tips/recommendations. The space is stunning and I loved the music. For me, the pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to Pressed Roots for years and the service has been amazing but today things changed. My hair looks great ,but the billing process needs to be updated! I tried to get ahead by booking several appointments at one time. They took my deposit for two appointments and applied it to only one appointment which made things very confusing once payment time came for the next appointment. I have to give Noemi her flowers! About 3 months ago I went in to get my hair pressed. I expressed my concerns about heat damage to Noemi (the last time I went, after washing several weeks later, I noticed heat damage :( ) She was very understanding and took very good care of ny hair, from the wash to the blowdry and press. My press lasted so long🙌🏽 and it stayed straight and beautiful the whole time!🥰 When I finally washed to revert back, my curls had NO HEAT DAMAGE! Thanks so much, Noemi!!!
