I have to give Noemi her flowers! About 3 months ago I went in to get my hair pressed. I expressed my concerns about heat damage to Noemi (the last time I went, after washing several weeks later, I noticed heat damage :( ) She was very understanding and took very good care of ny hair, from the wash to the blowdry and press. My press lasted so long🙌🏽 and it stayed straight and beautiful the whole time!🥰 When I finally washed to revert back, my curls had NO HEAT DAMAGE! Thanks so much, Noemi!!!
Where do I even start!? This was a last minute same day appointment I made at pressed - my first time. The booking process was using their website - extremely simple and efficient booking process! You pay half of your service at booking time and the other at the salon. I received a warm welcome from the lady at the front desk and by my beautiful stylist Demetria 🥰! The business model makes so much sense. It’s essentially designed for primarily curly haired goddesses that get silk presses on the regular. Every one that enters the atmosphere is given the same level of customer service and quality of hair care across the board. All stylist are required to use the same hair care products and styling utensils approved by “Pressed Roots”. Celeste was amazing and professional! She engaged in conversation that made me comfortable and was knowledgable on hair care/maintenance. She took great care of my hair and was even considerate of my concerns with getting a silk press after so long. I look forward to my hair growth journey with her!
