very pretty styles are always done on my baby hair but a simple kid style should NEVER take over 2 hours let alone almost 5 hours . also unpon arrive , walk in .. no one speaks . just looking at you .. none of the braiders even talk to the kids .
I wish i could record what my daughter said about the lady that did her hair . ‘’ she said she is so nice and kind and she was gentle with her hair . .
My baby went here today and I give this place 10/10 the stylist we used was named Erin was really nice and patient! We will be back
Showed up early to the appointment. Received a text while in my car the appt time has been changed and pushed back 30 min. Ok fine then the amount goes from 75 to 90. We just told them to cancel it and left. Edit: It shouldn’t matter how early I am to an appointment especially if I’m sitting in my car. Late is late. I only wanted scalp braids. Never asked for individual braids. Either way I left work early to get to an appointment on time. It was a first impression and I wasn’t impressed 🤷🏽♀️
