Found this place on line. Walked in and was told no drinks can be made until someone gets back from break? Asked about the juices was told none of those were made either. Just an overall crazy experience
Great Time at Pressed Cafe, Had their Campfire Cloud Signature Latte, Wife had the Coconut Breeze Refresher an we ordered Shrimp Tacos and a Turkey Avocado Wrap on tomato and basil tortilla. Everything was great there. Definite 10/10.
Ordered two plain small hot lattes, the employee didn't know what she was doing. She gave me two lattes where she brewed the espresso but then added cold milk from the fridge to them. She didn't froth the milk and was surprised when I complained that the coffees were cold. I mean how can you make a latte and not froth the milk. This fiasco cost me $13 and there was no effort to make it right or even refund me. Slow and poor service. Wasted fifteen minutes waiting for two cold lattes that were supposed to be hot. All they had to do was press a button which should have been pretty simple and come out hot. The staff did not appear to be working and were asked if they were even open (at 2 in the afternoon on a weekday) so the wait had nothing to do with a line. I stopped by Pressed Cafe in Suffolk and honestly it was such a good experience. The atmosphere was cute, clean, and really relaxing. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and were super patient while I decided what I wanted. My food came out fresh and tasted amazing, and my drink was made perfectly.
