Visited Press’d Sandwich in Richmond today ( October 8, 2025) around 12:45–1:45 PM to pick up an order. There were two staff members — one female and one male. The male staff member was extremely slow and seemed completely uninterested in helping. It honestly felt like he was frustrated with the management and trying to make customers feel the same way. I told him 4–5 times about my order, but he kept ignoring me while the female staff member did all the work alone. If he had helped, my food would’ve been ready in 15 minutes... read more
