He was incredibly thorough and clearly really knows his stuff — you can tell he’s taken the time to deeply understand how the body works. I’m so grateful I booked a session with Krystina. I felt like I was on clouds, my mind was completely at ease during the whole session. Her approach was both intuitive and professional, combining the right amount of pressure to relieve tension while ensuring relaxation. Every moment felt purposeful, and I felt feeling so so much better than when I arrived. I highly recommend Krystina to anyone looking for top quality massage. She also works at the Williamsburg location, which is convenient to know for the next time I book.
The atmosphere was lovely and inviting. Everything was relaxing and the people were so nice. I worked with Stephanie a few times and all I can say is everyone should work with her. She was great. Not only did her technique and pressure work with my pain but she was so kind and make the entire experience so relaxing. Will definitely book with her again!

I’ve booked massages here over the last 3 years, both for R&R and for emergency relief of very acute problems, and it’s great every time. I’ve seen a few different masseurs and they are all wonderful, but the last year and a half or so I’ve always booked with Koichi if he’s available. He’s extremely knowledgeable about what the root problem areas are, always makes me feel better, and is very kind.
