Made reservations for 14 on line 5 days in advance of Father’s Day Sunday. We checked in at our time of 12:00 noon nothing was set up waited 25 minutes before the back room was opened, the sever a very nice young lady took our food order at 12:45 we were served in stages starting at 2:00pm with the last tray of food served at 2:15pm as such let’s say the food at best was warm. At those prices you would think the quality of the food would be more upscale. Disappointing.
NEVER AGAIN.... We drove over from Greenville ..what a disappointment. Service was slow and not very attentive. They only brought us 1 order with an extra plate....so we had to split the burger and fries. Server did offer to have the kitchen put on another burger " real Quick".... we had already waited an hour for the food. It really wasn't even hot enough to properly serve. No where near 140°..fries were whimpy and cold. The table near us also got the wrong order...different server. Server tried explaining that it was all b... read more
