At first, I was worried things would not work out. I was suing Baltimore city because they damaged the plumbing connecting to my house. Took $8,000 to fix! It's hard to sue a state body. And I was only willing to put up $2,000 in legal fees. I cycled through a couple of their attorneys, but eventually they brought on someone with more municipal experience, and I won the case, including lawyer's fees!
