The staff is very kind and informative explaining everything in a way is non veterinarians can understand. At the end of the visit I was impressed that the fees were taken in the exam room and not the reception desk.
Just another heartless money grab, has to charge an extra $140 for an exam to "establish a relationship" with a dog to be euthanized immediately after. Dont care about the animals just the profit.

We had our first appointment at Presqu’ile Animal Hospital today, and we were absolutely blown away by the care, thoroughness, and time they took with us. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Kim and Anna were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. My cat Charlie is a patient at Presqu'ile Animal Hospital and I can honestly say it is the best vets office I have been to (and as someone who has moved around a lot with Charlie, we've been to a lot!). The pricing is reasonable and the staff are all incredibly kind. It is clear they truly care about our pets, from the check ups after appointments to the small touches they do for the comfort of the animals such as the feline scents for stress relief.
