To Dr Natacha, Dr Andrea, Tianna,Stephanie,Heather and those I missed a heartfelt thank you for the care our boy Koby recieved along with our family during and prior to his illness with cancer. Thank you for always making the time for our many questions and concerns we had and celebrating his wins along the way. I really appreciate the inclusion we had in all decisions and the efforts made to really make Koby's quality of life and visits to the clinic the very best. I couldn't have asked for more. Very happy with the care that my cantankerous diabetic cat receives here. Always helpful and can send a text for concerns which is answered very promptly. Highly recommended
They are so kind and thorough with my dog, always going the extra mile to ask questions, listen to you and I never feel rushed. I trust and have the utmost confidence in everyone here.
They treat your pet like their own. They take the time to answer all my questions, give me their opinions and options. I had an emergency today where my dog was sick and rather than turn me away because they were booked, they made accommodations to make sure she was seen and treated. I don't know what i would have done if they hadn't because she needed help. Its expensive, but i think everywhere you go is going to be expensive so be prepared. Also be aware that usually you get what you pay for.
