Such an awesome place to visit. Caught a large bass from the pier.
There are so many things to boast about. Hiking trails, private campground, beaches, beach houses for use, the clubhouse with pool and fitness center... It's all available if you own property here. The staff at the clubhouse are always so helpful , campground is so clean. Right near a designated dark sky park, really great boutique style grocer, great stuff in Alpena and Rogers City. Remembering this is a PRIVATE HOA COMMUNITY While looking threw the comments of ppl saying there VISITS ect Visiting is not allowed in the private clubhouse or private lake access or trails anything that is HOA unless with a lot owner home or vacant Sadly, over the years of owning a home then changing to just association lots and using the Campground.
