I am a realtor who does a lot of transactions and specifically new construction and this builder was the worse. The home was finished when we put it under contract but it took 1.5 months for them to get it to the closing table. We negotiated a seller credit and wanted to use the buyers prefered attorney but Prespro said we could not if we wanted the credit. I signed an agreement with Prespro on or about May 7, 2024. I was advised the property would be move in ready May of 2025. Throughout the process there was one delay after the other. My credit union was harassing me over and over regarding the status of the property. The credit union reached out to the builder, only to not receive a response until days later.
