These smoothies are above-par to any other place. Their staff is friendly and if you frequent the store enough, they’ve memorized your order :). They have board games to play if you’re waiting for your order, or stay and play while sip on your drinks. We sometimes go as a family so we can play “what do you meme” game while we enjoy our drinks - and honestly we’ve made some great family memories and good laughs playing that game. We tried bubble tea at Chatime in Richmond Hill, and I couldn’t even finish mine. It tasted like plain colored water, even though I asked for no ice. Presotea, on the other hand, makes me want to try everything on the menu! Their Taro Milk stole my heart. The place has lots of board games and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always cheerful and really tries to help you choose the perfect drink.
