Truly awful experience. When I received my drink, I was tilting it back and forth to mix the tapioca and found a bug in the drink. I had already left the store and was unable to go back to ask to have it remade. I sent an email to customer service as well but never heard back. Don’t go to this location!!
Order 2 drinks and it’s taking forever waiting from the last 40 min.
Came in with some friends and tried their mango juice; now it’s become a go-to for me. It’s fresh, filling, and absolutely delicious. On a side note, LiLLy is the best in the store; kind, attentive, and truly cares about customers. The service was excellent. Highly recommend!
