A convenient franchise location. Staff member has always been very friendly. The app ordering option is not always available which is not ideal but the drinks are made well.
I use to order here all the time, but NEVER again. Why is this store still manned by one staff? It's January peak season and still only one staff. Had to wait 20 minutes for my bubble tea one time, and 10 minutes the next time. Do you think this wait is acceptable for bubbletea? Absolutely ridiculous. Obviously the owner is trying to cut costs by cutting staff hours, the store will close down soon.
