Our driver Alex is terrible to work with. He demands we call him to let him know if we have mail to pick up. He has now started to harass and call us daily. We have mail that goes out at the very end of the day right around when he picks up. We are paying for a service which means he should be stopping everyday to pick up mail. It’s not in our contract to call him.
