Going to the ER sucks but this place was actually great because of the staff. Specifically, the physician Mara and the nurses Aubrie and Emily were fantastic. All of them were so kind and had really cheerful attitudes. They made my stressful situation so much better with their compassion and professionalism.

I came in 1042pm with breathing issues, I have asthma and panic disorder. Triage checked me and swabbed me. After awhile, they sent me to waiting room. Was called back and put in a room, and there waited 4 hours in that room. No one came to check in on me or ask if I was ok, or even asked me if I needed anything. There’s about six nurses and one Dr, with zero compassion or communication. I told the staff I was leaving and they all had a blank stare, I was guided out by the lab technician. Truly disgusted with how a place you go to for “care” can do everything but that. The unprofessionalism throughout the whole staff, talking down and about a patient is more than unacceptable ESPECIALLY in such a vulnerable situation. To judge someone and speak on them, turn around and still not care for them in the proper manner down to a cup of water or to use the restroom is bias and inadequate. I was extremely disappointed with the way my sister was treated during her visit. The nurses were unprofessional, dismissive, and showed very little care or compassion toward her. On top of that, the way they spoke to and treated our family was incredibly rude and disrespectful. We expected better care and professionalism, especially during a time when my sister needed support and compassion.
