If you have to go somewhere you might as well to go here at least they treat you in a timely manner they move you through the process depending on what you need very quickly.

Other times I have come here it was fast and friendly, I understand there are lots of patients and not a lot of doctors, but just a suggestion..maybe giv the "hall bed" people an actual bed as they sometimes wait in those chairs for hours and are already tired from waiting in the lobby..please and thank you

Worst wait time, everyone ignores you. They sit you in the hall an walk past you for over an hour and ignore you asking things. They throw bday parties in the back with puppies (yes in an urgent care ER) and ignore patients needs completely. They sit around and chat and eat an never once acknowledged me while I sat there waiting. Don’t waste your time

I’m surprised this clinic has anything over a 2 star rating. Checked in at 6:50pm on a Friday night and waited for 2 hours after check in and still had not been seen. The clinic didn’t even seem packed. I was not spoken to or anything by staff during that wait. Patients were walking out because of endless waits. After 2 hours I was finally moved to the back but was sat down in another waiting area and not a room. No sense of urgency, no sense of humanity, no sense of care.
