They care more about chatting and laughing with each other than taking care of patients. As soon as we got in, the nurses were grouping together gossiping. My wife has severe chest pain and problem breathing. After urine test. They just left her. All the vitals were not plugged back in. The nurse left to go chat with her Co workers. We waited almost 10 minutes. No one came to plug her vitals back in. I had to go ask them myself. Note that she has trouble breathinf and anything can happen. Go somewhere else. Worst place to get care. There is no care. No one to see. They just keep you waiting until you give up.

I had a bad car crash and Urgent care missed some critical things earlier in the day. Between Katie and Austin, I was able to get the care I needed in a timely fashion and was fairly comfortable considering the extent of my injuries. Already talked to higher ups but want to make sure they get the recognition they deserved. They are exactly who you want on your side in an emergency room.
