I am so glad I chose Presley uptown. It was the first complex I toured uptown and as soon as I walked in I knew it was home. I applied immediately. The ladies in the office are so kind and helpful. The building is gorgeous, I’ve only been here a week and they’ve already changed the flooring in the hallway from carpet to hardwood, which means maintenance is upkept. The hallways are quiet and the parking garage makes me feel safe. It’s been a wonderful experience thus far I’m glad to call this home!
Greystar nightmare. Had roaches when I moved in. I kept reporting them and they were never fully dealt with if it all. Excessive road noise. Fire alarms that go off at 2am every other week. Parking garage gates that frequently break and either trap you inside or prevent you from entering. Snoopy maintenance workers. Pool is nasty and terribly balanced. Aliyah is the best! She has helped us every step of the way… from taking us on a tour to helping us sign our lease and arranging all of the move-in details. Communication at Presley Uptown is top notch and we are excited to call this place home!
