I can't remember if I wrote a review a while ago, but my experience at Presley was nothing short of amazing so I wanted to share with others. I lived at Presley in 2024 and had to move in quickly due to a personal situation, and Jennifer, who no longer works at this complex, was incredibly helpful with my move-in and any follow ups I had. I just moved into my new apartment, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Alexa, Kolby, and Sam for making the whole process so smooth and supportive even when we hit a small hiccup!! They pushed through the issue with patience and determination until everything was fully resolved and I was able to sign my lease. I'm not sure if my parnter and I will move here, but, if we do, it will be because of Samuel! Their energy, kindness, honesty, and friendliness was very inviting and definitely the #1 reason I would lease at this complex! Fingers crossed. Samuel is gem, and I adore them!
No major issues so far. Staff is very nice!
