Fine Western Shop Prestlars Western Shop is a fine store that has a nice yet limited amount of western clothing and gear. The sales associates are ready to help you find what youre looking for. You can try on boots, clothes, and hats. The salesperson seems knowledgeable about how your boots should fit and lets you walk around in them. If the boots fit fine but one of them is too tight in an area, they offer to stretch the boot for you at no additional charge, if you buy the boots at their store. Want to thank Preslars for the great service the day after Christmas! We had bought our daughter a pair of Ariat brown boots. She needed a smaller size and they didn't have it and would be glad to give us a call when it comes in and would be in about two weeks. They called this morning and told us it was in. Thanks for the fast service. Denise was very helpful.

My son received a pair of boots for Christmas and when we put the boots on my son he started crying. I assumed that it was because this was his first pair of boots, but when we looked closer we realized that a sharp staple was poking him from inside the boots. There was little drops of blood on the inside of the boots. My husband and father-in-law immediately called the store and was informed that "It was likely due to manufacturer defect and that the general manager would be in on Wednesday."
