Want to thank Preslars for the great service the day after Christmas! We had bought our daughter a pair of Ariat brown boots. She needed a smaller size and they didn't have it and would be glad to give us a call when it comes in and would be in about two weeks. They called this morning and told us it was in. Thanks for the fast service. Denise was very helpful.
My son received a pair of boots for Christmas and when we put the boots on my son he started crying. I assumed that it was because this was his first pair of boots, but when we looked closer we realized that a sharp staple was poking him from inside the boots. There was little drops of blood on the inside of the boots. My husband and father-in-law immediately called the store and was informed that "It was likely due to manufacturer defect and that the general manager would be in on Wednesday."
