Damaged and stained a suit. Offered to compensate us for a fraction of the original cost (was a fairly new suit) or “store credit” which was way more than we would ever need to spend there.
I have used this establishment for many years. I never had a bad experience. They have also repaired various items and do a good job.
I’ve used this place for about three years, I’ve never had an issue until my last experience. I take my expensive clothes to be dry cleaned so I don’t ruin them at home, well whatever process they did this time took about 4 shades out of the color and shrank up the material. When I went to speak about some form of compensation I was laughed at and told it’s not his fault. I’m Super bummed that I had to resort to sharing a bad experience.
Perfect dry cleaning. Constantly take my shirts, suits and ties. Never had any problems. Done quickly. Definitely recommend
He did amazing work to our dresses! He even did it for me at the rate my company needed!! Super fast work too!
