I’ve used this place for about three years, I’ve never had an issue until my last experience. I take my expensive clothes to be dry cleaned so I don’t ruin them at home, well whatever process they did this time took about 4 shades out of the color and shrank up the material. When I went to speak about some form of compensation I was laughed at and told it’s not his fault. I’m Super bummed that I had to resort to sharing a bad experience.
Perfect dry cleaning. Constantly take my shirts, suits and ties. Never had any problems. Done quickly. Definitely recommend

This cleaner ruined a cashmere sweater, lace dress of mine and when I pointed it out they did nothing - they are good for hardy clothing but not anything delicate !! Beware …. I will not use them again
