no manners the man who answers the phone has a thick accent and is hard to understand. as soon as you try to question and understand him. he hangs up. wont answer questions. if you don't understand English or cant speak it clearly you should have patience with people.

This one of the best DME companies for you to use for any of your home equipment. Excellent customer service, response time is also excellent. If they do not have the equipment they will connect you to who potentially can help you. I wish the insurance companies will see the value in the work they do and pay their bills. I highly recommend!!!
