Living here has been fine and management has generally been helpful, but that’s it. It’s just “fine”. The two main issues I’ve faced with this complex is noise and maintenance issues. Especially living in building 7 (in front of the car wash, dog park, tire inflation etc), there has been no regard for issues with noise. People come to the car wash area and blast music from their cars, on top of the noise of the vacuums. This is a great place to live! Brigette provided outstanding customer service—she resolved my concern the same day I brought it to the office. If you’re looking for the best balcony view, I highly recommend Building 3 facing northeast. The new covered BBQ areas, refreshed landscaping, and well-equipped gym make the community even better.
My experience at La Tierna has been great since day one thanks to Erika and Brigette, they were super pleasant and got me everything I needed to move in with no hassles. I would recommend this property thanks to the management and great living experience overall.
