My unit has been flooding for nearly a week now and after this is “fixed” my unit will be filled with more mold. Temps stays between 76-81 even though it’s placed on 68. Today was the 1st day I actually was able to speak to the manager even though I’ve been in the office numerous times and have called plenty of times. I’ve emailed supervisors and it’s the same thing. They all give you excuses. We’ve had about 4 different managers this past year.
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I have been here for over a year and I DEEPLY REGRET ever renewing my lease. It is currently August 18, 2025. My AC unit's been having issues since June and it is STILL not fixed and only getting worse. With the high rising temperatures in Texas, my apartment unit has been hitting 85 to 98 degrees. Maintenance and contractors have stopped by to take a look and diagnose yet nobody can seem to actually find and fix the issue. Do not move here! My friend lives here and her AC has been broken for more than 3 months. They have yet so fix it! Mostly everyone has their AC broken which is why they have to out in AC units. Water is shut off almost every day! The pool is always dirty. They clean it every Monday for it to be green in 2 days! You can’t order anything without it being stolen from your front door!
