RecommendedI haven't even moved in yet and my experience has been wonderful. The staff is professional, friendly, and communicative. The process of getting them all the information and money needed was simple and quick. And Autumn and Geralynn have been available by phone and email for all my questions. Their patience, kindness, and professionalism have been fabulous!
I absolutely love the Presidio Community! It is unparalleled to other apartments I'm toured in the area. They treat my kids so great and thats HUGE for me! I feel safe and okay allowing them to go to the office to use the computer- and having that peace of mind is priceless! The pool area is extremely relaxing and the apartments are spacious!

In 1999, my late husband and I came to Albuquerque to look at apartments so that we would know where we would be living when we both retired. We looked at several apartment complexes and decided we like Presidio at Northeast Heights best. The rooms were all a good size, and we liked the courtyards of grass and trees. I moved to Presidio about three years ago. I had become fed up with my previous apartment complex, which seemed to be going downhill rapidly. I had been busy with work and school and I let the decision wait too long - so I had to find a new home as soon as possible. I looked at SO MANY PLACES.
