We took our 3 grandsons on Presidents Day 2026. There was no wait and tickets are good anytime you re-visit for a year. We have lived near this place for 13yrs and never went in. Our mistake. It's much larger on the inside and PACKED with sooo much cool history. A huge replica of the White House Furnished. Really, so much to see and read about it would take many visits to take it all in. The building is in disrepair and so are some of the artifacts. The "guide", while he may be knowledgeable, was opinionated and didn't give us a chance to take our time to read articles or look at the artifacts. Too many items crammed into a small space.
I've been here many times and have always had great experiences each time! Everyone's always so nice and helpful, and it's such a great historical insight into presidential history. 10/10 recommend!
Today we did the President’s Hall of Fame — a self guided tour that is basically a chaotic shrine to everything president. Some stuff is real, some is duplicates, and some is “this feels like it came from someone’s basement” energy. 🤨 BUT the real attraction is Tommy.
