Best financial institution I've ever utilized. Marla is fantastic, and they are always a joy to speak to.
Jeff and company are great people. They have always helped us when other places can't. The management there now go above and beyond to make it work.
Worst credit union ever. The way they treated my mother in law when my father in law passed away was horrific. Complaints have been filed with the state and federal regulators and the Ohio attorney general. If these issues are not resolved in a timely matter, the media will be contacted. How does a bank lose tens of thousands of dollars and not be able to show how it was lost?!?
This is one of the friendliest Credit Unions I have ever banked with. They are ALWAYS very nice and courteous to me, and they have always been very helpful when I have needed a loan. I will always be forever grateful to them when I needed a loan when my brother passed away and I asked them for a loan in 2003, and by the time I left their office in Addyston and drove to my mothers home in Cleves, they called me with an approval. If I could give this less than a star I would, they are rude, and do nothing but harass people. They don't know what HIPPA is because they like to release people private financial information, oh and love to close early. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I am so glad to be a member of the Federal Credit Union here in Cleves the people who greet you are so friendly and I must give a special THANK YOU to Marla Anderson who lights up the members day just smiling at them she is a great employee whom I am glad to have met ..<3 in fact each one of those awesome people are so great ..thank you <3
