Literally been to this location 8 separate times when they say they’re “open” and no one is ever there. If you ask the Loblaws customer service desk they have no idea when someone is working so they just keep suggesting I “try again tomorrow”. If you need to talk to a President’s Choice Financial Teller definitely don’t go to this location because there is never anyone there, even if it says it’s open.
UPDATE: They just turned the lights off. Can I give less than 1 star?? Have been sitting here at an abandoned booth for nearly an hour, no sign of when or if they'll return. Customer service has been paged to no avail. Isn't 4-5 like prime foot traffic time? I have a ccard, but need to open money account to pay for it - the app won't let me/they can't help me over the phone.

As an individual who has been a lifelong CIBC customer, I loved Presidents Choice banking machines. The location was great, hours of access was long enough to satisfy my needs and I could do my grocery shopping in the same shop. I was even looking at renewing my mortgage with them because they offered competitive. But best of all I could access their machines and not pay any transaction fee that competing banks charged.
